VGP20 is ideal for palletizing cardboard boxes – including those made of thinner and more porous recycled paper – as well as irregularly shaped shipping bags. It also means that shipping companies can save even more money while reducing waste and spillage.

Built-in intelligence and user-friendly software provide precise control of airflow and the ability to vary the grip to suit the application and the type of material being handled, including multiple items of different sizes and shapes. The powerful vacuum flow means that it can also easily pick up porous objects – for example, thinner and cheaper recycled paper – or lightweight shipping bags, allowing shipping companies to save even more and at the same time consider the environment by reducing waste.
One of the settings allows for continuous monitoring of the gripper's airflow. If the vacuum condition is interrupted for any reason, the robot stops immediately, and a pop-up window with a warning appears in the gripper's software.
