Merger of companies in the BILA Group
We are pleased to announce that Sealing System 2024 A/S and DAN Palletiser A/S have merged into BILA A/S, which is part of BILA Group A/S.
The merger is a strategic decision aimed at simplifying our company structure, strengthening our overall organization, and creating an even stronger foundation for future growth and development – to the benefit of both customers and business partners.
What does this mean?
Although the company structure is changing, the well-known brands Sealing System and DAN Palletiser will continue to exist and will remain important brands in our business activities. Customers and business partners will therefore continue to experience the same products, services, and points of contact as they do today.
All existing arrangements and contracts will automatically be transferred to the continuing company, BILA A/S, VAT-no DK12047894, without any required action on your part.
At this stage, the merger has only been completed from a legal perspective, which means that for a period we will continue to operate in separate systems. We are working to ensure a smooth transition and will first update relevant internal systems and documents. In parallel, we are preparing to integrate our systems, and should this result in any practical changes, we will provide more detailed information later.
